Yes. In Comma-separated format, choose a wrapping preset or enter Before each value and After each value. For example, parentheses turn apple and pear into (apple), (pear). Custom wrapping adds the characters literally; choose SQL or JSON format when you need those formats' escaping rules.
Leading zeros stay intact because values are treated as text. SQL mode wraps each value in single quotes and doubles embedded apostrophes: O'Brien becomes 'O''Brien'. Check the generated text against your database's requirements before using it in a query.
